You Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years' work experience, including as Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead or similar positions.
- 2-3 years work experience at a respected and well recognised blockchain/crypto project.
- Demonstrable experience and results in growing a crpyto community.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Polkadot ecosystem, as well as the larger cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape as well as the technology.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals and experience building a team.
- Analytical mind.
- Native level English speaker, with examples of published content.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Take ownership over design, branding and positioning, while ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels, including the t3rn monthly newsletter, blog and Twitter.
- Analyze community interaction with our project and the effectiveness of marketing efforts; provide analysis on ways to enhance and use this data.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Key part of the company leadership team working on setting and meeting the key strategic objectives.
- Communicate our wins to the world, whether that be technical, BD, or community milestones.
- Leverage t3rn’s existing strategic partners, clients, and investors to help maximise our reach.
- Create and maintain educational resources and materials.
- Pitch t3rn to crypto media outlets, as well as other media such as podcasts, AMAs, newsletters, etc.
- Manage and grow the marketing team.
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

Salary: 100k - 130k USD per year plus equity and taken scheme.
